Privacy Policy — Achoo Pop!

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play Achoo Pop! (the "Game"), how it is used, and the choices you have.

The Game is published by Immergic Digital Experience, a company registered in Egypt ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to this Policy.


1. Information We Collect

Information we collect automatically

When you play the Game, the following may be collected automatically by the Game and the third-party services it uses:

  • Device information — device model, operating system version, language, country, time zone, and a non-personal device identifier (such as Apple's IDFV or Android's App Set ID).
  • Gameplay data — levels played, progress, scores, in-game actions, session length, crashes, and performance metrics.
  • Approximate location — derived from your IP address (country/region level only). We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Advertising identifiers — such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID, only if you grant permission via the system prompt (App Tracking Transparency on iOS) or your device settings on Android.

Information you provide

The Game does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play. If you contact us for support, we will receive whatever information you choose to share (such as your email address and message).

Purchases

In-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads") are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive a confirmation that a purchase has been made.

2. How We Use This Information

The information collected is used to:

  • Operate and improve the Game (fix bugs, balance levels, optimize performance).
  • Save your progress and preferences on your device.
  • Display advertisements (including rewarded video ads) and measure their performance.
  • Process in-app purchases and validate receipts.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services. Each is governed by its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

Advertising — AppLovin MAX

We use AppLovin MAX, an ad mediation platform operated by AppLovin Corporation, to serve rewarded video ads in the Game. AppLovin acts as a third party that may collect data — including device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP address, and ad interaction data — for the purpose of delivering and measuring advertisements.

AppLovin MAX also mediates ad requests to additional advertising networks (its "mediation partners"), which may include — among others — Meta Audience Network, Google AdMob, Mintegral, Pangle, Unity Ads, Vungle (Liftoff Monetize), ironSource, Chartboost, InMobi, and Fyber. These networks may also collect data as described in their respective privacy policies.

Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use the following services to understand how players engage with the Game and to identify and fix issues:

Platform Services

These third parties act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their SDKs. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

4. Advertising & Your Choices

The Game shows advertisements to support free play. Where required by law — for example, under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework on iOS 14.5+, or under the GDPR in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland — we will request your consent before any tracking for personalized advertising occurs. AppLovin MAX's built-in consent flow (powered by Google's User Messaging Platform / UMP) is used to obtain and record this consent.

If you decline tracking, you will still see ads — but they will be non-personalized (contextual) rather than tailored to you.

You can change your preferences at any time:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or Settings → Achoo Pop!
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or opt out of your Advertising ID.

U.S. State Privacy Rights ("Do Not Sell or Share")

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, please contact us at the email address below. We will pass your opt-out signal to our advertising partners (including AppLovin) where required.

5. Children's Privacy

Achoo Pop! is rated 4+ and is suitable for a general audience. However, the Game is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Game is not listed in the App Store "Kids" category and is not part of Google Play's "Designed for Families" program.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Retention

Information collected automatically is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are removed when you delete the Game. Data held by our third-party service providers is retained according to their own retention policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California, or other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
